GHM Partners USA Inc is a network of independent practices working together to serve U.S. self-funded employers and their employees with the highest quality care at the most competitive price. Our mission is simple: deliver the best possible care at the best possible cost.
We exchange referrals among our members but do not pay referral fees to one another. This structure guarantees that every recommendation is made solely in the client’s interest and is free from financial conflict.
There are no dues, no membership fees, and no financial incentives binding our members. Members belong because they share a client-centric, servant-leadership approach grounded in Bass and Avolio’s Transformational Leadership model — a philosophy our founder embodies in daily practice.

Warren Armstrong, GCS SSM CD3 MA
Warren served on active duty for 39 years with the Canadian Armed Forces as an Army Officer retiring as a Lieutenant-Colonel. He served initially as an Artillery Officer followed by occupation transfer to the Military Psychology Branch.
He commanded the Military Psychology Training Company; served at the Military Personnel Research Unit for four years in the Organization Effectiveness and Research Unit (DARPA equivalent) and was recognized for his research in support of the Canadian Army with the Commander, Canadian Army Commendation.
He is a published author writing 26 Research Papers on organizational effectiveness in the Canadian Armed Forces across multiple domains. He served with the United States Air Force on deployment in Kabul, Afghanistan, 2012-2013 where he earned the Commander 438 Air Expeditionary Wing USAF Coin for Excellence, the first Canadian to be recognized as such. He further received a Letter of Commendation from the Commander, Afghan Air Force for his services to Afghanistan.
He was awarded the General Campaign Star for service in Afghanistan (2012-2013) and the Special Service Medal for Service with NATO bar during his Regimental Tour in Germany (1989-1992). He is particularly proud of his Regimental Tour with the 2nd Regiment, Royal Canadian Horse Artillery (1994-1997) where he was honoured to serve in the capacity of a Battery Commander, a Major’s billet, while holding the rank of Captain.
He attended the University of Victoria for his BA (1988) on military scholarship; upgraded to an Honours degree at Royal Military College and was sponsored for a Masters in Organizational Psychology under military scholarship (2011).
As an entrepreneur Warren is trained as an Investment Banker in both Canada and the USA. He has owned his own companies since 2002 working in support of US employers helping them save money on their employee health care costs.
