We are a network of independent practices that exchange referrals without paying referral fees to one another, ensuring every recommendation is made solely in the client’s interest and free
of conflicts. There are no dues or membership fees; members belong because they share a client-centric, servant-leadership approach rooted in Bass and Avolio’s Transformational Leadership model, which the founder embodies daily..

There are no dues or membership fees which ensures that members belong solely due to a unified client-centric servant leadership model for our valued clients: the employers and the employees of the USA. The leadership model is based on the literature of Bass and Avilio’s Transformational Leadership model which the founder models every day.
