GHM Partners USA Inc consists of independent practices who give referrals but do not pay referral fees to each other. In this manner we ensure that we are only providing referrals to assist our clients and avoid conflicts of interest.
There are no dues or membership fees which ensures that members belong solely due to a unified client-centric servant leadership model for our valued clients: the employers and the employees of the USA. The leadership model is based on the literature of Bass and Avilio’s Transformational Leadership model which the founder models every day.
Our referral members are US based and licensed professionals who serve US self-funded employers and their employees in the following fields:
a. Direct Primary Care Doctors;
b. US based surgery centers;
c. Independent Third Party Administrators;
d. Independent Health Insurance Brokers;
e. Independent Specialty Benefit Brokers;
f. Independent Stop Loss Carriers;

h. Independent Pharmacy Advisor consultants;
i. Independent Specialty pharmacies that serve all 50 states; and
j. Independent local pharmacies who are the backbone of their respective communities.
The only currency that matters within GHM Partners USA Inc is that of good character. The firm is organized and run similar to a military organization as that is the only way the founder thinks.
